SÖKTRÄNING 20 sep

Japp då var det dags igen då, denna gången bär det av mot skogarna i östervåla, och inte vilken dag som helst heller en riktigt kanon dag med sol och värme, trevliga träningskompisar kan det bli bättre , nej tror inte det.

Vi som tränade idag var Jag/ Udda, Lisa / Brio, Åsa / Siri, Mia/ Puma, Gunilla / Cocos och Carina / Tonic  vi började med att valla av och fixa legor sen blev det fika och planering på hur vi alla ville ha det upplagdt.

Jag och Udda gick ut som nr 4 idag efter pojkarna eftersom hon löper, Uddas första skick gick alldeles utmärkt , sen blev det några tomskick pga att hon ahde lite problem att hitta figgen som låg i skrevan på berget. men skam den som ger sig klart Puddis fixade det till slut. En lega var av pallkragar där vi satt en figge, där var det inga som helst problem, inte heller i den heldolda legan som var en sån där låda som man har sand i, bra jobbat Udda. Men sen kom problemen skulle skicka uppför berget igen då kommer hon tillbaka med rullen  men spottar ut den innan hon kommer fram till mig, vilket jag ser och stoppar in den igen, trodde så klart att hon slarvat med rullen och släpper den tidigare, men det var nog så att hon kom på själv att det blev fel. Ja det är inte lätt när man har en massa annat konstigt i huvet under löp. Så jag måste ändå säga att Udda var duktig.  Hon hade ju inga problem allas att ta sig över den naturliga gränsen som bestod av blötmark, där bara flög hon över.
